Nicolson resident and Air Force veteran Ron Crawley, who has been with Southeastern Underdeck since 2013, manages the company’s workshop and ensures all the work crews have the material they need. He keeps the warehouse stocked, schedules warranty and repair work when needed, and manages home show displays.

Ron enjoys working for a customer-driven company that delivers a quality product families can enjoy for years to come. He says a good day starts with knowing that all of the work crews have what they need to complete their work in a timely and safe manner.

He likes that underdecks can open up a whole new world for families. “Dads want a new outdoor kitchen, the kids want a pool, and mom enjoys having a new space to entertain and spend time with the family,” Ron says. “This company offers and delivers a cost effective way of turning unused areas and underdeck areas into usable family space. People enjoy being outside and they just want to be comfortable.”

It’s no surprise that his hobbies include woodworking and yard work. When not at work or spending time with his family, he is usually getting his flower beds and garden ready for spring. However, Ron says planting the garden with his grandson is his favorite thing to do. “Fresh vegetables from the garden taste better when planted with the love of a child.”
