Especially in these times of planned social distancing its more important than ever to have an outdoor space that is usable in all types of weather.
Southeastern Underdeck utilizes a web based job management system which enables us to continue to provide the same levels of service you would normally expect. You can easily request an appointment or provide your project details for an immediate quote.
We are compartmentalized naturally with outside sales people, separate office and manufacturing spaces and app based job assignments for our install crews. In this digital age our sales representatives can measure and create a custom quote which you can participate in personally or remotely via FaceTime, Skype, or an app of your choosing. You will be able to track your job from start to finish with electronic access to all appointments, quotes, and invoices via our Client Hub.
Upon electronic assignment of their job, a crew with minimal contact with our office staff will pick up your custom material package. Our 2 to 3 man installation teams will need access to your deck, however, should need minimal access to the inside of your home depending upon your desired accessories, ie fans, lighting, or speakers. We have instructed our install crews to take all precautions including wearing gloves, washing hands, and being highly aware of any symptoms of illness.
We are monitoring the CDC requirements and recommendations as they are announced and taking all necessary actions to maintain a healthy office environment.
